In this webinar, Colby will discuss lessons learned over his career and factors to consider for exercise selection and progression with diverse clientele. The objective is to help practitioners including personal trainers, exercise physiologists and strength and conditioning coaches develop their own structured processes for creating safe, progressive programs that setup clients for success.

Speaker Bio:

Colby Hathaway MSc, CSEP-CEP, CSCS

Colby has over 15 years of experience helping a wide variety of clients achieve their health and performance goals. From working at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario with Paralympic athletes to clinical settings focused on rehabilitation cases, he has worked to build an adaptable skillset that can be applied in any scenario.

His educational background includes a Masters of Science with a Fitness Specialization from York University as well as a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. Colby is also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and High Performance Specialist with CSEP, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and High Performance Practitioner thru Sport Scientist Canada.
