Hydration & Temperature Regulation
Hydration is essential for optimal performance & overall health. This module covers everything from water regulation, recommendations, electrolytes, the effects of environmental conditions on fluid status, to knowing how we can detect dehydration and hyponatremia. By the end of this module, exercise physiologists will know how to calculate an athlete's fluid loss and be better equipped to keep their athletes hydrated!
